You are responsible for ensuring that the items you wish to courier comply with our list of acceptable items and do not fall under prohibited goods.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

a. Prebooked Jobs: Customers can prebook courier jobs through our customer service line.

b. Cancellation Policy: To cancel a prebooked job, customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the job.

 

c. Cancellation Charges: If a prebooked job is not cancelled within 24 hours of the job’s starting time, the customer will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the courier job fee. This charge compensates for the allocation of resources and loss of potential business resulting from late cancellations.

4. Liability and Limitations

a. Red Rocket Couriers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the customer's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

b. Our liability for any loss or damage to items during transit is limited; please refer to our insurance and liability policy for more details.
