TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all courier and transport services provided by Red Rocket Couriers Ltd ("Red Rocket Couriers", "we", "our" or "us").
By accepting a quotation, confirming a booking or instructing Red Rocket Couriers to carry out a delivery, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Every booking is accepted on a job by job basis. The quotation, booking confirmation, agreed pricing, insurance arrangements and any written instructions relating to that individual consignment form part of the contract between Red Rocket Couriers and the customer.

Insurance is assessed and agreed on a job by job basis.

Failure to accurately declare the contents or value of a consignment may invalidate any agreed insurance arrangements and may limit Red Rocket Couriers' liability.
Insurance agreed for one booking does not automatically apply to future bookings.
